Step two: Orientation

A New Volunteer Orientation will be done at the time of your final application processing before your first Volunteer service.

Some important things to know:

  • Volunteers may be subject to passing a background screen prior to volunteering.
  • Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
  • Volunteer groups with minors must provide an appropriate number of adult chaperons.
  • Some volunteer opportunities are restricted to ages 18+.
